Driven by a lifelong passion for classic motoring

Vintage & Classic was founded by our director, Tim Grigsby, whose passion for vintage and classic vehicles has been part of his life for as long as he can remember.

Tim was brought up by true petrolhead parents. His mother was a highly successful rally driver, while his father became a world authority on car restoration. With that background, it was perhaps inevitable that their enthusiasm for historic motoring would continue into the next generation.

Today, Tim has an eclectic personal collection that includes a 1904 Humberette London-to-Brighton runner, a 1914 Sunbeam Edwardian tourer, a 1926 Bullnose Morris trials car and a wide range of other classic vehicles.

His passion is not limited to collecting them. Tim races a 1977 Lola T580 with the HSCC, the Historic Sports Car Club, and has been racing cars since the 1980s. He has raced everything from single-seaters to sports cars and vintage cars at major circuits across the UK, and also has a collection of rare, old and interesting motorcycles.

Vintage & Classic grew from that lifelong enthusiasm and a desire to give more people the chance to experience the excitement of owning something truly special.

For us, the most rewarding part of every prize draw is handing the prize over to its new owner.

Since launching in 2022, we have had the privilege of handing over 125 classic vehicles. Every handover represents far more than the completion of a prize draw. It is the moment someone discovers that a single entry has led to the keys to a vehicle they may never have imagined owning.

From much-loved British classics to distinctive vehicles full of history and character, we aim to offer prizes that create genuine excitement.

We do not select prizes simply to fill our prize draw pages.

Our knowledge and experience of the classic vehicle world help us identify cars and motorcycles that enthusiasts can appreciate and winners can be proud to own.

Character, condition, history and desirability all play a part in our selection process. Our aim is to feature the kind of vehicles we would be excited to win ourselves.

Although our community continues to grow, Vintage & Classic remains a small family business.

We care about the experience our customers receive, from discovering and entering a new prize draw to following the live draw and seeing the winner collect their prize.

Being family-run allows us to remain close to our customers, our vehicles and every prize draw we launch.
